Introduction

As a Adler School of Professional Psychology graduate, my approach addresses the total person. Kathy provides a safe, nonjudgemental therapeutic environment while incorporating various skills, knowledge, and support to help the client navigate the complexities of life. Kathy's approach to counseling is based on the client's presenting issues and strengths that may assist them in attaining their treatment goals. Kathy is compassionate about helping individuals and families holistically address challenges to develop life skills to work, live, and maintain a meaningful and joyous life. The client should expect to end their sessions with insight, awareness, and resources to expound on their therapeutic goals outside the therapeutic setting. The client should be able to integrate these insights into their environment and daily lifestyle.
