Introduction

Hello! Thank you for visiting my profile. I know this first step can sometimes be the most difficult. I am a recently retired middle school counselor and a former special education teacher who specializes in working with elementary, middle and high school aged children, special needs included. I am able to help in many areas including anxiety, stress management, grieving/loss, behavioral concerns, school motivation, depression, ADHD, self-injury, and suicidal ideation. I am here to assist you with those difficulties you or your child may be encountering in life through a kind, compassionate, nonjudgemental approach. Regardless of the problems you are experiencing, my goal is to provide support, understand the motivations, work with you to set goals for your future, and develop tools to reach them. I offer in person or video sessions whichever works best for your schedule. My office is located in Tinley Park at approximately 167th and Oak Park Avenue. Sessions are by appointment only. Licensed in both Illinois and Indiana.
