Introduction

I believe curiosity and compassion are our greatest gifts for healing. I value insight and try to hold sacred space for my clients as they explore and move towards wholeness. I utilize my supportive role as a counselor to help my clients discover the unique set of resources within themselves. I recognize the importance of collaboration and creativity in the counseling process and allow my clients to set the pace of their sessions. I have specialized training in IFS and EMDR, which allows me to engage in deeper levels of healing with my clients.
