Introduction

My books are now open for low cost therapy! I am passionate about helping people shed layers of trauma, attachment wounds, outdated beliefs and coping mechanisms in order to tap into their true selves. Underneath it all, we are beautifully whole and have access to a beautiful life force energy. It’s my experience that when we are tapped into this, we are free, relaxed, playful and expressive of our truth. I love helping people get back to a place of awareness and personal choice. My background is in mindfulness, meditation and transpersonal psychology. I also love helping people to expand the ability to notice the mind rather than claiming it as our identity; alchemizing emotions; seeing what patterns we are living out and agreeing to. In going on this journey together, we get to co-create a healing relationship and explore any and all the things on your heart.
