Introduction

Becoming a parent shakes everything up. I help pregnant people and new moms who are struggling with feelings of overwhelm. My goal is for you to trust yourself again and to find ease in your new role. I don’t take too many clients, so I care deeply about each person I work with. I will remember the names of your friends & family. I will want to see pictures of your dog. I will consult with your doctors, advocate for you, and send you resources outside of session. Most of all, I will be genuinely curious to hear what you have to say. I've specialized in women’s reproductive health for 7 years— specifically, maternal mental health, Endometriosis, & sexual abuse. My clinical style is warm and analytical. I like to find patterns and pull threads. I am most often utilizing Internal Family Systems & Trauma-Informed Care. I incorporate art therapy and creative interventions whenever I can. Reach out if you want a free 20min phone consult. We can decide together if we're a good fit. Let's start the conversation and take it from there— you don't owe me anything and you don't have to worry about my feelings. Therapy is your sacred space— I am here to protect it.
