Introduction

I am a Licensed Social Worker who assists individuals to find their strengths to help them navigate life’s challenges. I think of myself as the guide, working alongside individuals to identify creative solutions to their current issues. I create a safe space for individuals to explore their concerns using a trauma-informed approach. I believe everyone possesses resources to improve their well-being and lives and I work with individuals to help them identify, enhance, and build on those resources. I assist individuals from a holistic and client-centered perspective utilizing therapy techniques such as motivational interviewing, dialectical behavioral therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy, and solution-focused therapy.
