I am a licensed marriage and family therapist who specializes in working with adolescents and adults. My areas of focus include depression, anxiety, life transitions, stress, relationships, and more. Some approaches I use include solution focused, cognitive behavioral, and family systems to help develop healthy perspectives, coping skills, and improve resiliency. During our first session we will discuss a brief relevant history and your treatment goals. We will decide on how often to meet and anything you find important for me to know about you.
