Hi, I’m Dr. Lenger (she/her), a licensed clinical psychologist and founder of the Relationship Health Collective. I specialize in helping couples and individuals strengthen their relationships through evidence-based, affirming therapy. I believe that strong, healthy relationships are at the core of well-being — and that every relationship, whether romantic, familial, or otherwise, deserves thoughtful care. My approach is collaborative, active, and grounded in the latest research, integrating methods like Integrative Behavioral Couple Therapy (IBCT) and Cognitive Behavioral Couple Therapy (CBCT). I am passionate about making relationship science accessible, practical, and inclusive. I create a supportive, affirming space for all couples, including LGBTQIA2S+ and non-traditional partnerships. Whether you’re facing communication struggles, major life transitions, intimacy concerns, or relationship distress, I work with you to break unhelpful patterns and foster lasting connection. In addition to therapy, I have an extensive background in relationship science research, having published over 20 peer-reviewed articles. My training includes a Ph.D. in Clinical Psychology (University of Tennessee), a clinical fellowship in trauma recovery (Brown University), and a research fellowship in integrative health (UNC Chapel Hill). Thank you for considering working with me and please do not hesitate to reach out with any questions.
