Reaching out for help is hard. As your therapist, my goal is to help you walk through what comes after asking for help. One of the most important parts of being a therapist is creating a safe space for you to share your story. I honor the courage it takes to share with others and make every effort to create a space where you can feel encouraged to share. I work with adults, adolescents, and children struggling with a variety of mental health concerns. Areas of specialty include: low self-esteem, anxiety/panic, depression, relationships, and women's issues. I offer in person and telehealth services in the evenings. Changes in life are hard and unavoidable, yet necessary. Navigating that necessary change can be daunting. We all go through change and that is why I believe that each individual can benefit from having someone alongside them in their healing process. I work collaboratively with you to help heal your past, cope with your present, and plan for the future.
