Introduction

I specialize in working with individuals who are looking to process trauma, depression, anxiety, grief, and life transitions (specifically into young adulthood and motherhood). My approach is warm, empathetic, and authentic. I tailor treatment techniques to meet your unique needs as we collaborate to help you live in the present and find joy in life. Together, we will tap into your natural strengths and equip you with the tools to navigate change. While I believe that a relationship with God is an essential piece to living a joy filled life, I allow clients to decide if they want to incorporate their faith into sessions. With over 15 years experience, my strengths as a Social Worker are in supporting individuals as they navigate and overcome challenges such as trauma, depression, anxiety, and grief. I offer EMDR, a therapy utilized to help decrease distress related to traumatic events and memories as well as unhelpful core beliefs and thoughts. Welcome! I consider it a privilege to be invited into hard places and to walk with you as you overcome struggles. Vulnerability takes courage, and I believe that no matter how large the challenge seems, that hope anchors the soul. I would be honored to walk alongside you as you begin your healing journey, providing a space where you can feel seen and known.
