Introduction

Welcome to a space where we will Find Your Wings together. As a therapist, I specialize in supporting humans having very real and raw experiences with life. I firmly believe in the healing power of authentic connection, and that in relationship with others we can thrive. I work with Parents and Young Children (ages 0-8) together to strengthen their relationship, reduce stressors related to a child's experiences such as ADHD or other neurodevelopmental disorders, or navigating the experience of Foster Care, Adoption, and other traumatic stress. Working directly with grownups and their child through the use of Parent Child Interaction Therapy, or Child Parent Psychotherapy I guide parents in processing trauma, reducing behaviors that create rupture, and increasing the caregvier's confidence in meeting their child's needs. I support humans as they experience transitions into young adulthood, navigate their identity as parents, or seek to understand the impact of Anxiety, ADHD, or other stressors. You are not alone. I have additional interests in exploring nervous system regulation, through body and sensory based interventions, integrating play for all ages, and supporting individuals and families within the LGBTQIA and Ally communities. I am able to accept the following insurances: BCBS of North Carolina (Including State Health Plan) United Health Care/Optum Aetna Additionally, I accept a fee for service rate and can provide you with a Superbill to submit to your insurance.
