Introduction

Finding a therapist can be challenging and scary, so I feel it is an honor and privilege to be a part of your journey and healing. Working together to be your authentic self while exploring your past, present and future self as well as behaviors that ay no longer serve you is the deep work. I work from a mixture of therapeutic modalities including Trauma, Psychodynamic and attachment wounds. However, everyone is very unique so I will meet you where you are at, and we can go from there.
