Using a client centered, non-judgmental approach helps you feel comfortable to be honest and genuine. We will develop personalized goals based on the life you want to live. I'm trained in many evidenced based approaches such as Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Sand-Tray Therapy, Moral Reconation Therapy, ACT, CBT, DBT and more. I also use mindfulness to help create a safe space for you to feel comfortable and be able to relax. I'll help you learn to regulate your emotions and thoughts so you are not as entrenched with an internal experience that may feel out of control. You will learn to identify the nature and dynamics of triggers and learn to not only cope with these but also let these go.
