From a very young age, I discovered the benefits of mindfulness based meditation practices. These practices have helped me overcome anxiety, depression, abuse, paralysis and recovery. After graduating college, I discovered the wonderful world of social work. This path helped fuel my passion for helping others recover from their challenges. I discovered that there was not a one size fits all when working with my clients. With over 25 years of intentional learning about the mind, body and spirit connections, I am able to help clients tap into their own natural healing with greater ease and discover inner peace and self love.
