I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with a certification in Perinatal Mental Health. I work by utilizing a variety of therapeutic approaches to support you in your growth process. Each treatment approach is unique, and is based on what it is you need, and what you are looking for. I utilize over a decade of clinical and therapeutic experience to inform my psychotherapy practice. Including extensive work with individuals and couples, and support regarding family life transitions. I graduated from The School of Social Welfare at the State University of Albany in 2009 where I earned a degree in clinical social work. My post graduate work included completing a psychotherapy residency program at Samaritan Licensed Clinical Social Work, as well as training through Postpartum Support International to earn a certification in Perinatal Mental Health. I have developed groups and trainings related to parenting young children, perinatal mood and anxiety disorders and healthy relationships. My passion is helping people focus on developing or recovering a strong sense of identity during the family life cycle, and sustaining healthy loving relationships in their life.
