Introduction

I’m a licensed clinical social worker (LCSW) in Los Angeles with 13+ years of clinical experience working with adults from all walks of life, with a special focus on Highly Sensitive People (HSPs, aka those with high levels of sensory processing sensitivity) and survivors of emotional (including narcissistic) abuse. My clients experience depression, anxiety, shame, burnout, and a host of other human conditions that directly impact emotional well-being. For some, these show up physically: as sleep changes, stomach pain, muscle tension, fatigue. For others, they manifest as a feeling of being stuck or weighed down. But for everyone, there's a sense that there’s a “better” (healthier, more peaceful, more purpose-driven) way of functioning in today's world. I’m trained in a range of therapies: CBT, IPT, MI, and other fun letter combinations. I also use somatic tools and mindfulness in my work. I take a compassionate, supportive, and trauma-informed approach with my clients. I prioritize clear communication, trust, respect, and collaboration. I believe in my bones that everyone is capable of healing, and I am truly honored to be a part of that healing process.
