Whether you are coming as an individual or with a partner or family member, my goal is to help you feel less burdened by the past and more connected with yourself and your loved ones. I value helping people make deep, lasting changes that get at the root of your struggles. I am trained in Internal Family Systems, a way of working with the brain and body to let go of buried pain and reconnect with a sense of confidence and strength. Though you can’t change painful experiences from the past, you can release negative emotions and beliefs associated with those experiences. I can help you access the parts of you that need attention and healing so you can develop more self-trust, resolve internal conflicts, integrate past trauma, and show up more authentically in your relationships. When I work relationally, I help you understand the emotions that drive and keep you stuck in unhelpful interactions. We'll work together to shift your pattern of relating in order to make room for connection and understanding. This will give you the space to rebuild trust, heal old wounds and feel more seen and valued in your relationship. It takes strength to seek support during times of distress. You can develop a different relationship with those feelings and learn to move through the world with more ease.
