You deserve a safe space to explore and understand who you are, beyond the labels and limitations. So often, who we truly are gets lost in the sea of others’ expectations, the roles we hold, and our perception of our capabilities. I am passionate about work rooted in identity exploration; helping you get to know and appreciate your authentic self. We’ll work together to find tools and strategies for that self to grow and thrive. Compassion, empathy, non-judgement, and humor are at the core of my clinical work. I believe in addressing the interconnected systems of the brain and body. I practice from a trauma-informed lens; and frequently incorporate DBT skills and concepts in my sessions. I also have experience utilizing Exposure Therapy for the treatment of OCD & anxiety disorders. I work well with adolescents and adults, LGBTQIA+ individuals, those who have a wide emotional range, and people who have experienced religious trauma.
