Introduction

I chose the name "Heart-to-Heart" because it translates into: A sincere and honest conversation between people, in which they share their thoughts and feelings. This definition is one of the many ways I like to explain the therapy process. Creating this type of environment for all of my clients is extremely important to me and what I strive to do in each and every session.
