I am so grateful to meet you! I was born and raised in the North Shore of Massachusetts. I attended Emmanuel College where I obtained my bachelor's degree in Psychology and Philosophy, and went on to the University of New Hampshire to complete my Master’s in Social Work with a Certificate in Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities. My goal as a therapist is to help clients create positive change at their own pace so that life can feel more manageable. The therapeutic process is best kept simple. Therapy can often feel daunting, complex, and overwhelming, but healing and freedom can be achieved if we take it one step, and one day at a time. Please feel free to call or email me for a free consultation. Sliding Scale (reduced fee) is available and I am happy to provide "Superbills" for insurance reimbursement.
