Introduction

The conversation around mental health is growing and that’s music to my ears. There are countless resources to lean on for support but it can be a bit overwhelming to identify the right therapist for YOU. As the founder of Pothos Health, my mission is to provide a safe, approachable environment that allows you to break down mental barriers, create self-acceptance and process life events in a healthy way. My style is warm, interactive and above all, affirmative. I’ve designed my sessions to be a “judgment-free zone” and that means no stigmatizing labels, minimizing emotions or self-worth. As an experienced psychotherapist in both Texas and Florida, I understand the human condition and have a dedication to working with both individuals and couples who are navigating all forms of trauma, anxiety and depression. I am appreciative of today's technology and how it has the power to bring us together in a practical, meaningful way. I truly hope to see you in a tele-health session.
