This work of connecting and moving towards healing and wholeness is what I'm passionate about, and I would love to chat to see if we may be a good fit in that important work. My approach incorporates relational, psychodynamic, attachment-based and holistic lenses. I believe that we heal in relationships, and in my practice I continually witness the power of sharing one's story in a safe place of trust. I offer both telehealth and in-person sessions in Richfield, MN. I also offer "Walk and Talk" sessions, if being outdoors feels better suited to your needs.
