Introduction

You might be familiar with the weight of anxiety, the challenges of ADHD, or the relentless grip of negative thinking patterns and perfectionism. Navigating these issues can be especially challenging for children and their parents. We (my therapy dog and I) specialize in providing support for individuals of all ages grappling with anxiety and/or ADHD, as well as offering support for parents navigating these challenges within their homes to bring my clients more joy, peace, and confidence. I believe that therapy should a positive, engaging space to explore and create. I aim to equip you with the tools and understanding you need to foster resilience and harmony within your life. I blend evidence-based practices with a creative twist to support individuals and families just like yours. For younger clients, I often utilize the expressive arts to build tools for emotional regulation and cognitive flexibility. I prioritize a safe and supportive environment for my clients to feel freedom to explore, express, and challenge themselves. Together, we can explore innate strengths, untangle the knots of anxiety or ADHD, and cultivate practical tools to navigate life's challenges with confidence and resilience. If you're ready to take the courageous step forward, I invite you to reach out. Your story matters, and I'm honored to listen and support you every step of the way www.centerforcreativechange.com
