We move through institutions of power our entire lives. First, family, then we form friends at school, fall in love in college, and maybe grow close to others in religious communities. Along the way, we encounter experiences that enable us to become more authentic. Sometimes, these experiences are less than ideal, other times, these experiences are more traumatizing than we originally thought. Depression, anxiety, and insomnia are a few things that manifest and these are the PTSD-related symptoms that I specialize in. PTSD and the consequent symptoms are my specialties. Through awareness focus achieved with bullet journaling techniques, and 2-3 months of discovery, we will work together to build the path to what you want and how you prefer to be in your life. The most challenging part of seeking assistance at the level of therapy is making contact. My practice is unique in that I am more interested in what clients think about their experiences and I am short and long-term committed to working in concert with the community of health professionals clients have selected to heal with.
