Introduction

I believe that everyone was made with the capacity for healing and growth, which often comes through relationships. I am passionate about the client/therapist relationship and believe having someone to be present while navigating current struggles or past trauma is powerful. I counsel from an integrative model of cognitive behavior therapy (CBT) and narrative therapy, in addition to utilizing evidence-based techniques such as EMDR and CPT. My work has focused on trauma, PTSD, C-PTSD, grief & loss, anxiety, and depression, with adults, including active duty military and veterans, couples, and groups.
