Introduction

Perhaps you’ve been feeling overwhelmed with sadness, worry, or grief? Maybe you need to break generational patterns? Or you and your partner can’t seem to connect anymore and are having the same argument over and over? For 24 years, I’ve worked with individuals and couples to help them heal wounds and find joy lost due to trauma, grief, anxiety, depression, and difficulties in relationships-including infidelity. When we work together, you can gain a sense of agency, increase your emotional awareness, develop skills to find stability when you feel overwhelmed, improve communication in relationships, and honor your authentic self. Creating safety in our therapeutic relationship is my top priority. In our relationship all parts of you are welcome, those you like and those you don’t. Because you should feel seen as a whole person, I hold myself responsible for being aware of and respecting all components of your identity and their influences on your life experience. I work collaboratively with my clients to customize therapy to meet each individual or couple’s needs. Through curiosity, empathy, and compassionate listening, I focus on making sure you feel supported even when I may gently challenge you. Tears and laughter are equally welcome in sessions. Please reach out to discover if I'm the right therapist for you.
