The majority of clients I work with came in with the same questions, however found that therapy was beneficial in many ways they previously were never aware of. Whether it's regarding, a life transition, relational issue, distressing child behaviors, parenting concerns, mental and/or emotion distress, addictive behaviors, traumatic event, unexplained fears, or chronic pain, therapy can help. I provide individual, couples, and family therapy to toddlers, children, adolescents and adults. I tailor my therapeutic approach to each client's specific needs and draw primarily from cognitive-behavioral therapy, attachment-based, play therapy, internal family systems, DBT, EMDR, Somatic, and psychodynamic interventions. My style of therapy is compassionate, genuine, and direct.
