Introduction

Kelly Ciapetta MS, LPCC has been in practice for over 12 years. She views her role as a guide for an individual’s ability to create and foster their own inner strengths, resilience, and understanding of Self. Our healing comes from within, and Kelly’s experience can help you along your journey. She believes strongly in the mind/body connection and gaining curiosity about what the body is trying to tell us throughout our different seasons of life. Kelly has been working with the pregnant and postpartum population, those struggling with their fertility journey, and those who have experienced birth trauma. She also enjoys working with individuals going through transitions, stressors, or new discoveries of their unhelpful patterns and beliefs. She has a special interest in trauma therapy, focusing in Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART). Kelly feels passionate about working with new moms, dads, and couples trying to navigate this thing called life. Kelly is also a Board Approved Supervisor (BBHT) and welcomes any pre licensed therapists who are seeking out supervision. At Arcadia Counseling, our vision is to support adults at every stage of their mental health journey—whether they’re new to therapy or have prior experience. We aim to provide clear, compassionate care that meets each individual’s needs, helping clients build resilience and achieve meaningful progress.
