I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in PA, NJ, Vermont & Utah with over 17 years' experience in the mental health field. I enjoy helping individuals utilize their strengths to work through life's challenges. I find it rewarding working with adolescents and young adults, helping them navigate life and discover who they can be. I specialize in working with student athletes, managing the demands of school and athletics along with their personal expectations and the expectations of those around them.
