Introduction

I am a licensed mental health counselor, EMDR therapist, and Washington state approved clinical supervisor with over 10 years of experience working with individuals 17+, groups, couples, and families. I have a compassionate, approachable demeanor, and while my foundation is in cognitive behavioral therapy, I am well versed in several evidenced-based interventions. My approach to therapy is trauma-informed, relational, and strengths-based. I believe our past relationships impact who we are today, and that we thrive when our human connections are collectively built upon common core values such as honesty, mutual respect, and humility. I believe we are all born with infinite possibilities, and when we draw upon our strengths, rather than focus on our weaknesses, we are capable of achieving our most authentic and happy lives.
