My goal is to provide a safe and intimate space for you to explore your inner world, bringing you closer to living your most authentic life. I utilize a collaborative approach with a core belief that you are the expert in your own life. The most important part of therapy is the relationship between therapist and client. While obtaining my master’s of social work at the University of Buffalo, I discovered my passion for couple’s work and human sexuality. I spent many years of my postgraduate work focusing on substance use disorders while pursuing further education in couple’s and sex therapy. I have worked in government agencies, nonprofit settings, private practice, and outpatient clinics. As a queer cisgender woman, I provide therapy through an antiracist, anti-oppressive, trauma-informed, and feminist lens. It is deeply important to me to provide comprehensive psychotherapy with a focus on addiction, interpersonal relationships, and sexuality.
