I am happy you’ve found your way here! Perhaps you have been feeling like life has been hard for you lately, and you’re seeking out answers on how to feel better. Maybe you are struggling with negative thoughts that don’t seem to go away, and keep you stuck. You may have persistent feelings that you aren’t good enough, that everyone else seems to have it together, why don’t you? I believe it is possible to feel better. I provide counseling from an integrative approach that has been successful with my clients in improving their emotional health and increasing insight so they can better understand how they function in their world, and what they may want to be different. My approach is non-judgmental, empathic, culturally humble, and where appropriate humorous. I aim to help each client feel a level of safety and trust that allows them to be vulnerable and begin to explore what brought them to counseling in the first place, and as needed, to accept challenges and therapeutic confrontations from a place of respect, where it is intended to come from.
