Introduction

Hello and Welcome! As a Licensed Independent Mental Health Practitioner, I specialize in mental health therapy for adolescents and adults with concerns of depression, anxiety, grief, perinatal/postpartum mental health, relationship concerns, and trauma. My goal for every client is to assist them with identifying and addressing the root cause of their discomfort. It is my mission to provide you with tools and skills to utilize in your day to day life that can assist with finding a healthier, happier version of yourself. In practice, I integrate a variety of evidenced-based therapeutic modalities to include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT)and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT). I have received specialized training in EMDR and Brainspotting to provide thorough trauma processing. I have also received advanced training in perinatal mental health. Finding inner resolution is possible! I would love the opportunity to collaborate with you as start your journey towards healing and growth.
