My work focuses on targeting negative relationship cycles using Emotionally Focused Therapy and guiding couples, families and individuals into a new, happier way of relating. I believe that a loving, life-long marriage is achievable! I'm passionate about restructuring those negative relationship patterns to achieve secure and safe connection with self and others.
