Sometimes in life we can feel stuck, helpless, alone, or have difficulty determining how to move forward from events we have experienced. Sometimes we feel like it is impossible to feel joy again. It is my goal to help you determine your individual skills and strengths in order to become your best self. I am passionate about helping others with grief, anxiety management, bettering relationships, adjusting to life changes, and educating others about mental health and well-being. Being a former educator, I also enjoy working with teachers and other staff employed by the school system. I believe in a multi-faceted and evidenced-based approach to counseling. I strive to meet people where they are and help them set goals for a path forward. I believe the relationship between counselor and client is key to successful outcomes, as well as a space that you can feel safe in. I work with adults, adolescents, couples, and groups. “Challenging the meaning of life is the truest expression of the state of being human.” -Viktor Frankl
