Introduction

My therapy approach is collaborative and I seek to attune to a clients strengths and inner wisdom. I utilize attachment-based, somatic, depth and cognitive theories and am certified in EMDR via EMDRIA. With each session, we will attend to your current and past challenges and your responses with compassion and curious inquiry. I enjoy working with trauma, depression, anxiety, relationship issues, perinatal/postpartum issues, eating disorders/disordered eating, addiction/compulsive behavior and life transitions. I work with all genders, non-binary individuals and LGBTQ+.
