Introduction

Rose Colored Counseling + Wellness is a mental health and wellness practice based in Washington, DC. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor who specializes in supporting Black women and women of color ages 18 - 40. I offer virtual individual, group, and couples counseling. I also offer walk and talk therapy for individuals, which allows me to meet in person with clients to combine the benefits of therapy with exercise. *Please note that this is the only form of in person therapy that I offer. Using a holistic approach, I help my clients combat stress, anxiety, and depression as they navigate "adulting", life transitions, and challenges in relationships. I help women who are motivated to change their life and find JOY! I use emotion focused and strengths based strategies to help you identify what you're feeling and work through it to heal. I take time to help you identify your strengths and how we can use those to work through your current challenges. Yes, therapy can bring many emotions to the surface which can be challenging, but that doesn't mean that you can't experience joy during your therapy journey! I use a variety of tools to help you express yourself including art, movement, and humor. Email me today to schedule a free 15 minute consultation.
