I’m a Catholic focused therapist in Pittsburgh, PA and my passion is supporting women on their unique journeys toward mental well-being. Whether stressors involve work, family, or relationships, I use a person-centered technique to create a safe, empathetic space where individuals can explore their thoughts and emotions freely. I take a wholistic approach to treatment by incorporating aspects of Faith, physical needs, and mental health into sessions to create a plan that works best for each individual. I believe tying our Faith into mental health creates a deeper connection with God in our times of need. I can help facilitate your approach to life through the Christian lens as you work through every day obstacles. If you think we may be a good fit and would like to schedule an appointment to get started, reach out to me. I'd love to hear from you and help you get started with the next steps in your therapeutic journey. If you have additional questions my inbox is always open!
