Hi, I'm so glad you're here! My name is Kelsey and I started practicing as a Licensed Professional Counselor in the state of Kansas in 2019. I work with emerging adults, age 18-30, who are experiencing a life change(s) that bring up unpleasant symptoms and feelings that interfere with day-to-day life. Anxiety, Depression, and Symptoms often associated with the experience of Grief are typically what lead someone to call me for the first time. Some of my clients worry about "not having a bad enough situation for therapy", but my perspective is that therapy is for everyone; you don't need to qualify. Whether you are an individual the facing common challenges of emerging adulthood or facing the worst plot-twist of your life, I support individuals by creating a warm, compassionate environment that honors you and your unfolding story.
