I offer my services to clients presenting with a variety of needs including those struggling with anxiety, OCD, panic attacks, phobias, depression, trauma, ADHD, and relational functioning. I have specific training in exposure therapy, interoceptive therapy, and Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), an empirical based therapy shown to significantly help reduce obsessions and compulsions.
