Introduction

We all have a story. I would love to hear yours. I support all female-identifying individuals to navigate the complexity of life and process the traumatic or harmful experiences they've had. I started my practice specializing in spiritual abuse and religious trauma, but I have developed a passion for helping all women move through anxiety and depression, heal from codependency, navigate their relationships with loved ones or family members, strengthen their sense of identity, and gain a deeper understanding of who they are.
