Introduction

Kelsey Parke, LCPC has been providing therapy in Missoula since 2015. She believes her clients are the experts in their lives, and is passionate about walking alongside them to find freedom from past pain and hope for the future. Whether it’s your relationships, career, or circumstances, Kelsey Parke can help you develop habits and coping skills to adjust to life’s challenges and emotional hardships. Life can be sticky, unpredictable, and constantly changing. While we cannot predict the outcome of any situation, with Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) we can take control of how we prepare, interpret, and respond to situations. With CBT counseling sessions, you’ll learn about radical acceptance and how to exert your power of choice over the hardships of life. “Because your disturbances include thoughts, feelings, and actions, you can make a three-way attack on them: change your thinking, your emoting, and your behaving." —Albert Ellis (CBT founding father)
