Introduction
In our practice, we work with individuals and families to create treatment plans to meet their goals. Our holistic approach integrates play therapy techniques and EMDR to heal from past trauma, allowing for the building of brighter futures. We work with all ages, ranging from toddlers to seniors. Our practice is experienced in supporting families from diverse backgrounds, including families with adopted children. Within our practice, we offer therapeutic music and Yoga services. I personally specialize in working with families and individuals suffering from eating disorders, trauma, and self-harm. I am trained to treat a variety of issues, and am trained in many techniques. I have a love for EDMR, artistic expression, and play therapy; I incorporate artistic expression and play into all of my work with clients. I have had many clients report to me that my approach has allowed them to process in ways talk therapy cannot. Recovery is a difficult journey, and failures can be discouraging. I would love the opportunity to work with you, your child, and/or your family. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor Associate, meaning I am currently working under the supervision of Kim Harrington-Delgado.
