It's time to put yourself first, and I'm here to help you do that. With my experience working with adults from a diverse population, I understand how difficult it is to prioritize yourself in life which can lead to depression, anxiety, emotional distress, and unnecessary stress. Using various therapeutic approach styles, I aim to provide a compassionate and culturally sensitive approach by integrating evidence-based treatment specific to your needs. As a therapist, I specialize in treating and supporting women dealing with anxiety, boundary setting, self-love, and dating and relationship issues. You will be heard and valued in your time with me. You'll be able to identify your strengths to develop better practical coping skills that align with you. Together, we will resolve the current life stressors that make it difficult to function daily.
