Introduction

I believe counseling is a collaborative, client-driven process that allows you to identify strengths and build upon them for positive life change. I am EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) Certified and use this as my primary counseling modality to help those I work with attain their goals. I offer effective, evidenced based services to older teens and adults. Throughout the counseling process, I encourage the inclusion of natural supports to assist you, when appropriate, to achieve wellness. I believe you have the power to attain your goals and live a healthier life through evidence-based, goal-directed clinical work. I provide all services via tele-therapy which securely allows your appointment to be provided wherever you are at. I look forward to working with you!
