I am an attachment and family systems oriented therapist meaning I explore emotions and attachment strategies for experiential transformation to help you meet your goals. As an ICEEFT Certified Emotionally Focused Individual Therapist and an ICEEFT Certified Emotionally Focused Couples Therapist, I have expertise in attachment science and fostering secure and stable connection. Our work will help you grow to have emotionally accessible, responsive, and engaged relationships, and deepen your sense of true connection and belonging. I specialize in working with individuals and couples to address relationship disconnection, childhood/adulthood attachment trauma, depression, anxiety, racial identity, and women's issues with clients who are 18+. I am a biracial therapist and have earned designation as an Ethnic Minority Mental Health Specialist by the state of Washington. I am passionate about inclusivity and accessibility. My office is located at 140 S Arthur St Suite 510 Spokane, WA 99202. I offer therapy sessions in-person and via telehealth to clients located in the state of Washington Monday-Thursday 8am-3pm. *I am not accepting new clients at this time, but I invite you to check back in the future for openings*
