Introduction

Hello! Hola! I am a bilingual (English and Spanish) therapist with over three years of experience in the mental health field. I am currently a pre-licensed mental health counselor under the supervision of Clinical Supervisor Passion Dixon LHMC, QS, working at Ortiz Wellness Center. I also hold a certification as an Alcohol and Drug Counselor (CADC) My professional journey began as a mental health counselor at a community mental health center, where I had the privilege of working with individuals from diverse backgrounds and life experiences. Over time, I have expanded my expertise to serve a wide range of populations, including youth, adolescents, and adults. I work with clients facing various challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, and life transitions. I also support teens navigating identity development, peer relationships, and academic pressures. My approach is client-centered, empathetic, and non-judgmental, focusing on empowering individuals to develop coping skills, build resilience, and foster greater self-awareness. My goal is to provide a safe and supportive space where clients can explore their feelings, overcome challenges, and achieve meaningful growth. I am committed to helping you find clarity, strength, and confidence as you navigate life's complexities.
