I'm a Licensed Associate Professional Counselor dedicated to supporting my clients through both virtual and in-office individual counseling sessions. I earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from Indiana University-Bloomington in 2018 and my Master of Science degree in Counseling Psychology from Chatham University in 2022. I'm currently supervised by Dr. Krista Boyer at Authentic Perspectives and also work under the guidance of a Licensed Professional Counselor. As a recent graduate, I enter the field with training rooted in the most current research and evidence-based practices. I bring a fresh perspective, optimism, and enthusiasm to my work, ensuring my clients feel supported and understood. Beyond individual counseling, I co-facilitate skills-based group therapy sessions, with a particular focus on self-compassion and mindfulness. I'm passionate about empowering my clients to navigate life’s challenges with resilience and self-compassion, helping them uncover their strengths and achieve meaningful growth. My therapeutic approach is person-centered, trauma-informed, and strengths-based, fostering a safe and compassionate environment where clients can explore their challenges and goals. I work with individuals aged 14 and above, addressing concerns such as stress, depression, life transitions, adjustment difficulties, and anxiety. In addition, I have specialized training in addressing women’s mental health issues, including postpartum depression and anxiety, premenstrual dysphoric disorder (PMDD), and perinatal challenges. My work in this area is supported by supervision from a perinatal mental health expert, ensuring my care is informed and competent.
