Introduction
I work with individuals, couples, families and adolescents. I quickly get to know my clients so that we can co-create a plan that is right for them. Some people come with specific issues they would like to address. Others, are not sure why they are unhappy, feel nervous, are dissatisfied, and are not enjoying life. Together we investigate where this may come from, look for the root cause(s) and then create a plan for change. My business and entrepreneurial background helps me to understand the pressures that many people face daily, the challenges of balancing work & life, and the struggle to maintain relationships and a career. My theoretical approach is rooted in Depth Psychology. This approach, much like the psychodynamic philosophy, pays close attention to how the unconscious mind influences how we experience life. Therapists trained in Depth theory investigate unconscious motivations and drivers. When we understand our behaviors we can better control or modify them if desired. I have also taken great interest in the problems that men face in our society today. I believe that these issues can be the catalyst for much of the pain and suffering we currently see world wide.
