I integrate parts work, which helps clients identify and connect with different aspects or "parts" of themselves. This empowers them to understand and heal internal conflicts, fostering a greater sense of wholeness and self-compassion. Additionally, I incorporate Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) to help clients reprocess traumatic memories in a safe, structured manner, allowing their brains to naturally heal from distressing experiences.
